Please click here to download the Roffesoft Remote support client

When the download has completed, please click ‘RUN’ and then click run again on the “publisher could not be verified dialogue”
You may have to click “Allow” to run the remote support client.

When the client opens double click on “DOUBLE CLICK HERE” in the top left hand corner, and click on “ok” to the message that appears.

If at any time you want to stop the connection click on “Close”
